6. Pledges and Paid Subscriptions Subscriptions and “Signal Insider” tiers on this platform are for market intelligence and research access only. Payment for a subscription does not constitute:
An active executive search mandate.
A recruitment service agreement.
Candidate representation or introduction services. Formal search engagements require a separate, signed Terms of Business agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, DukeMed is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of the Website or reliance on the Content. Our total liability is limited to the resupply of the content or the cost of a one-month subscription fee.
8. Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be the courts of NSW.
